back to the grind

rest day monday (and ohhhh, did i need it).

tuesday april 5: 6 mi intervals (same as last week), 54ish minutes
wednesday april 6: 4 mi incline intervals (also same as last week).

i'm looking forward to the race more and more! but the question remains: then what?
