climbing
just a relatively short-ish incline treadmill run today, between classes (at the boring and empty hospital gym). i am trying to motivate to make these harder, because the charlottesville race is supposedly going to be super-hilly. i definitely sweat enough (ew).

hills: 3 minutes at 4.0 incline, 3 minutes x 2 at 5.0 incline, 5 minutes at 4.0 incline with flat running interspersed.
