TM half marathon
i think i just completed the hardest workout of my training program. it wasn't as long as the last couple of weekend runs that i did, but it was plenty long -- and i was alone, tired after a day of work, and on the treadmill.
somehow, i did it. and i'm thrilled that i don't have to do a run like it again for the duration of this program. because it wasn't so much fun. i figure they put it in there for 'mental toughness' -- and hopefully it worked!
13 miles / 2:01:20 (although sort of broken up into pieces)
2 mi @ 9:20 pace
4 x 2 mi (all at 9:00/mile pace)
3 mi @ 10:00 pace
wow.
