recovery, continued
so it's sort of frustrating - i feel pretty recovered. in fact, i feel essentially that i'm ENTIRELY recovered. so it's hard to rationalize having to do this whole reverse-taper thing when i want to start up a new training program full-swing.
but i'm going to resist my overambitious urges, because everything i read tells me it would be a big mistake not to do a gradual build post-marathon. at least next week i'm going back up to about half my original marathon mileage -- and hopefully i'll feel ready to run on the trails next sunday.
the rest of this week (recovery, week 0!)
thursday: 3 miles, 30 minutes
friday: 3 miles, 30 minutes
saturday: 3 miles, 30 minutes
sunday: take a wild guess :)
